苍南某公交公司巴士增设16条公交线快速交通项目分析报告

工程造价的直意就是工程的建造价格。工程造价管理的目的就是要控制工程的成本在预计的范围内,充分利用好资源。本文以平阳万全至鳌江公路工程和瑞安飞云江三桥南延伸线工程两个实例为背景,通过对现阶段工程造价管理体制的现状和发展历程进行全面研究,对现行的工程造价管理体制进行分析。主要完成的工作和取得的成果如下:
  1. 对工程造价管理的内涵、特点、主要内容及存在的缺陷进行了深入研究。认为工程造价具有大额性、个别性、动态性、层次性和兼容性等特点。工程造价管理的主要内容是合理确定和有效控制工程造价。
  2. 分析我国市场经济环境下的现状,综合考虑工程造价自身的特点和不足,认为工程造价管理模式改革是必要的。
  3. 研究分析了万全至鳌江公路工程总概、预算的编制方法和结果。结果表明:该工程总预算小于总概算。其中建筑安装工程费占绝大部分,比例高于50%;工程建设其他费用比例达38%以上;其余费用总共占10%左右。
  4. 对瑞安飞云江三桥南延伸线工程的两种线位方案的优缺点进行了比较。结果表明:推荐线位总投资较比较线位的少99.2万元,节约了投资和造价。
  5. 对瑞安飞云江三桥南延伸线工程的两种线位方案的工程总概算的编制方法和结果进行了分析。结果表明:瑞安飞云江三桥南延伸线中建筑安装工程费是整个工程造价的主体,比例达60%左右;工程建设其他费用占比例约为35%;其余费用总共占5%左右。
本文的研究成果为平阳万全至鳌江公路工程和瑞安飞云江三桥南延伸线工程两个实例的造价控制管理提供依据。

ABSTRACT
Just as its name implies ,project cost is the price of construction.The purpose of the management of project cost is to control the engineering cost in the estimated range, and make full use of resources. This paper is to the wanquan to aojiang highway engineering and the south extension line engineering of Ruian FYJ three bridge as the background, roundly researching the present situation of management system and the development course of current project cost, analyzing the current  management system of project cost .The main work and conclusions are as follows:
1. Deeply discussed the connotation、characteristics、main content and defects of project cost management.Think that the project cost have some characteristics such as large amount、individual、dynamic、hierarchy and compatibility etc. The main content of project cost management is reasonable and effective control the project cost.
2. Analyzing the current situation of China market-economy, comprehensive consider its own characteristics and insufficiency of the project cost,tink that it is necessary to reform the management mode of project cost.
3. Researching and analyzing the method and result of preparation of the estimate cost and budget of the wanquan to aojiang highway project.Results shows :in the project,the total budget is less than the total estimate of cost. The construction and installation cost account for the majority of project cost , more than 50% ;the other cost of engineering construction is more than 38% ;the rest of the cost is about 10%.
4. Making a compare with the advantages and disadvantages of two line plans of the south extension line engineering of Ruian FYJ three bridge.Results shows :compared with the comparison line, the length of recommended line is 13 km longer, intersection and culvert respectively is 2 more,linear is poorer. But the recommended line have used the beginning period of road(about 368 m), that have saved the investment and cost. So the total investment of recommended line is 992000 yuan less than the comparison line.
5. Analyzing the preparation methods and results of general estimate cost of two line plan ,which are a part of the south extension line engineering of Ruian FYJ three bridge. Results shows :The construction and installation cost account for the majority of project cost , more than 60% ;the other cost of engineering construction is more than 35% ;the rest of the cost is about 5%.
The results of this paper offered basis for the management of project cost of wanquan to aojiang highway engineering and the south extension line engineering of Ruian FYJ three bridge.
